I don’t know how this movie escaped me last year but seriously check out Art & Copy. It’s a great look at how advertising has shaped our culture and how we view the world. George Lois, Mary Wells, Dan Wieden, Lee Clow, Hal Riney and others featured in ART & COPY were responsible for “Just Do It,” “I Love NY,” “Where’s the Beef?,” “Got Milk,” “Think Different,” and brilliant campaigns for everything from cars to presidents.

If you liked Art & Copy, also check out two movies by Gary Hustwit - Objectified and Helvetia. I’m also looking forward to Hustwit’s next film Urbanized, due out in 2011.
