Chicago’s Olympic Day

Olympic Day is celebrated every year on June 23 to commemorate the creation of the IOS on June 23 in 1894. This year’s celebration in Chicago will be special, of course, since we are bidding for the 2016 Olympics. The city has a bunch of activities planned, but the largest set of events will take place in the evening at North Avenue Beach where many of the city’s sports and cultural groups, including our client the Chicago Machine, will come together with demonstrations, activities and fun.
