Award-winning Chef Bryan Moscatello opens Farm Cuisine | Modern Cooking Restaurant
Storefront Company is currently seeking full time positions for both front and back of house.
We will be introducing a new style of cooking and dining in Wicker Park and are looking for service minded individuals with a passion for food, drink and fun.
We welcome individuals that have experience, speed and skills to handle a fast paced restaurant with style.
Front of House Requirements:
- At least 2 years of fine dining or casual elegant dining experience
- Exceptional guest relations skills
- Passion for food, wine and service
- A strong sense of urgency
- Superior communication skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays
- Open Table and/or Micros knowledge preferred
- An advanced knowledge of wine, beer & spirits are a prerequisite for manager, server and bartender positions
Back of House Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in an upscale, fine dining environment
- Passion for food and service
- A strong sense of urgency
- Superior communication skills
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays
