Sco-ma

Shortly after arriving to work Monday morning, myself and nearly half the office, found ourselves in a Scone-induced food coma.  The reason for this tasty treat was an All Terrainer’s birthday.  You see, on each All Terrain employee’s birthday, they arrive to work to find a door hanger, or in this case a phone hanger (see photo) on their phone.  The hanger has 3 birthday celebration choices; breakfast, an after lunch treat, or a happy hour.  We are such a close office; we can usually predict exactly what the birthday girl/boy will select.

For our marketing coordinator, Noor Aweidah’s birthday, she requested scones.  And the invite appropriately read:

“Give the lady what she wants” – Marshall Field

Well, in accordance with the Lady Noor’s wishes we shall be enjoying a delightful breakfast of scones.  Ms. Aweidah’s birthday was actually last week on Independence Day, but she was far too busy being patriotic to indulge in silly diversions such as pastries.  The time for indulgence is now! (More specifically, tomorrow)
