Sunday … Not Just Another Fun Day
If you like limousines, great views, tasty cocktails, fun music, trying your luck with a little gambling and burlesque then The Venue at Harrah’s Horsehoe Casino was the place to be Sunday. At 5pm I met friends Danny and Anne Wirtz at Vertigo- the rooftop lounge atop the Dana Hotel. If you haven’t been it is well worth it. Check out the scene. We met there so that our limousine (provided by Diva Limousine) could pick us up and take us right over the border to Harrah’s. As a 312/773 enthusiast, getting me out of those area codes when I am in my home state is usually a challenge. But with the promise of re-uniting with Ivan Kane of the famed 40 Deuce Burlesque show, and some quality time with Danny and Anne, I took the plunge.
