Now There’s Something You Don’t See Everyday

It was the day of the 2016 Olympic city announcement. Chicago’s Daley Plaza was a buzz of excitement and anticipation in the moments before the selected host city was announced, when along hopped a giant green frog. Victor, as we like to call him and a few members of our PR team hit the streets of Chicago interacting with thousands to help promote the launch of the new Vreebit.com site. Curious men, women and children alike flocked to Vreebert, wanting to know more about Vreebit.com and the features it offers like rewarding users for interacting on the site and discussion boards to chat about topics of interest like whether or not they were happy with Rio being selected at the 2016 host city (most we encountered were pretty bummed Chicago didn’t make it, but were good sports about the Rio selection). After spending the morning at Daley Plaza and outside of CBS and ABC studios, Victor and friends hopped along the streets of Chicago, spreading the word about Vreebit.com to State Street shoppers, Millennium Park tourists and Red Line train commuters, to name a few.

So even though Chicago didn’t get the bid, Chicagoans had something to go home and tell their friends and families about…Vreebit.com. Curious about the frog? Visit www.vreebit.com and make the leap beyond social networking with us!
