New Amsterdam Shave Lounge At Coachella
The folks at New Amsterdam created an innovative way to activate their brand at different events across the country called Shave Lounges. This particular video took place at Coachella 2012.
Consumers were welcomed to the Shave Lounge by brand ambassadors, they are then offered a shoe-shine, shave (from local, old-school barbers) and of course, a complimentary New Amsterdam cocktail.
Director of Marketing for Gallo Wineries, Gerard Thoukis called the Shave Lounges “On trend with the millennial male consumer.”
We agree, this is a fun and unique way to familiarize consumers with the brand. Great execution, and a smart concept.
