Zoom The First Instagram Photo Ever Posted This photo perfectly encapsulates the Instagram ethos. Instagram does such a great job of capturing ordinary moments, and turning them into unforgettable memories.  Since this picture was taken, 50 million people have posted more than one billion photos through the app.  This photo is also a lot nicer than the first picture posted on the internet. Maybe it just needed a cool filter.
