RUN FOR THE BORDER
On a recent trip down to see our client THR & Associates in Springfield, our trusty team made the mandatory fast food stop that is required in a 3 hour drive. Taco Bell being my favorite road side gut buster, I encouraged the 3 other passengers to join me. Kate Matthews, a branding consultant with All Terrain announced she had NEVER EATEN AT A TACO BELL!!! How could a woman in her 20’s have never made the run for the border? It was unfathomable to me! She claimed it had something to do with her mom putting the fear of God in her after that little salmonella incident in the 90’s….what an over protective mom. Well we did it! We broke Kate’s Taco Bell “cherry” so to speak. My associates Clare McDermott and Eric Mortensen were there to witness it. When asked what she thought she said, “Delicious…and I am feeling relatively salmonella-free.” A win- win for Kate and the Bell!!! Another one bites the dust!
