Chevy at the Maker Faire

Think you are unique, creative, a thinker and maybe a little bit of a dork? Well come on down to the Maker Faire event. For two days in May this fair included high tech gadgets to the hippie hula hoop contest. To describe this event is only best done with pictures. There was a 1800s themed circus-like booth, then robots fighting each other over to the right. Don’t forget the rocket ship that you can climb up 5 stories to get into. Why was All Terrain part of this show? Chevy brought along their toys like the Equinox Fuel Cell concept car and had a ride and drive component, which many fan goers took part in. If you think this might be fun day to eat falafel wraps and garlic, parsley fries it’s debuting for the first time in the Detroit area July 31 – August 1, 2010. You’ll walk away not sure how to describe it but one thing’s for sure, it was a lot of fun!
